Therapeutic Residential Care

Aqna Care Support exists to give children a safe place to grow, rebuild trust, and feel understood. Many young people arrive carrying experiences that have shaped how they see adults, routines, and their own sense of worth. We respond to this with patience, care, and a therapeutic approach that focuses on emotional safety and steady progress.

Our team brings professional expertise and genuine compassion to every part of daily life. We create homes that feel calm and predictable, with staff who stay present and grounded even when a child is struggling. Through clear routines, trusted relationships, and sensitive communication, we help young people feel valued and supported.

We believe every child deserves a home that sees their potential, not just their challenges. Our role is to guide them toward stability, confidence, and a future they can believe in.

Committed care. Skilled teams. A child centred approach.

Services

What we provide

We provide care that helps children feel safe, supported, and ready to grow. Every part of our service is shaped by therapeutic thinking, emotional awareness, and the understanding that healing begins with consistent relationships and a calm environment.

24hr Therapeutic Care

Children receive continuous support day and night. Staff remain attentive, patient, and emotionally steady through routines, challenges, and moments of anxiety. This constant stability helps young people relax, lower their guard, and develop trust in the adults around them.

Therapeutic Residential Homes

Our homes are warm, welcoming, and purpose designed for care. Each child has their own private bedroom, a safe space to rest, study, and make their own. Homes include study areas, play areas, quiet spaces, communal rooms, and outdoor environments that encourage calm, creativity, and emotional regulation.

Personalised Therapeutic Support Plans

Every child receives a plan tailored to their needs, experiences, and goals. These plans evolve with the child and are shaped through collaboration with social workers, schools, mental health teams, and health professionals.

Life Skills and Independence Development

Young people learn everyday skills that build confidence and prepare them for the future. Cooking, personal care, routine building, budgeting, decision making, and community skills are introduced gradually and support the child’s growing independence.
